HOFFEINS, Phyllis Margaret - Passed away peacefully at Hutt Hospital on Wednesday 13 December, aged 96.

Loved wife of the late Bruce.

Mother and mother in law of John & Deborah, Geoffrey & Ruth (UK).

Grandmother to Sam, Katie and Hannah.
