Loving and much loved husband of Mavis for 66 years.
Cherished and respected father and father-in-law of Ralph and Jackie (Otaki), Leonie and Karl Schmidt (Pukerua Bay), Barbara (Mt Maunganui), Barry and Sharyn (Te Horo).
Beloved and admired grandad to Barrie, Rachel, Deborah, Melanie, Bevan, Sharline (dec), Mark, Vaughn, Corinna, Greg (dec), Amber, and Laura.
Also great grandad to Ashleigh, Ngawai, Kiana, Shelby, Jasmine, Ayla, and Liam.
Loved brother to Eric, Nancy, Elsie, and Brian (dec).

A funeral service for Gordon will be held at St Margaret's Anglican Church, School Road, Te Horo on Monday 5 November 2007 at 11 am. Followed by a burial at the Otaki Services Cemetery Otaki.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
