Peacefully on 6 October 2023, aged 80 years.

Much loved wife of Stephen. Beloved mother of Stephanie and Andrew, Michael and Lynda, Joanne and Adrian.

Devoted Mormor and Grandma of Christian and Jasmine, Daniel and Miriam. Daughter of Donald and Margaret Hurst, sister of David, of Canada (all deceased).

She will be missed by friends and family, including Isobel, Nick, Erina and Catriona; Alan, Loralee, David and Hillary; Colin, Beverley, Sally, Philippa and Susan.

Dorothy’s family gratefully thanks Malvina Major Village and Wellington Hospital staff for their loving care over the past months.

A Funeral Service for Dorothy will be held at The Khandallah Presbyterian Church, 33 Ganges Rd, Khandallah at 11am on Tuesday 17 October 2023 and will be followed by private interment.
