Grant passed away at home on 19 July 2022. He was 62 years old.

Grant was the beloved husband of Susan for almost 40 years, and adored father of Julia, Charlotte and Madeleine. He was loved by their partners Andrew, Robert and Alden, and treasured Pop (Poppy) to Isabelle and Oscar. He was the loved brother of Douglas and Vivien Morton (Wellington), loved son-in-law of Judith and Brien Bennett (New Plymouth) and cherished brother-in-law of Jenny, Patrick, Maree, John and their families.

We are heartbroken but his suffering has ended. We will carry him forever in our hearts.

We are very grateful to the Mercy Hospice team for their care for Grant and support for all of us. If you would like to make a donation to them in his memory it would be very welcome.

We will be holding a celebration of his life at Purewa, St Johns Rd in Auckland on Saturday 30th July at 2pm, and you are welcome to join us there. For those unable to be present, there will be a livestream available.
