Stan Shearer sadly passed away peacefully at St John’s Wood, Taupo
on Thursday, 11th February in his 96th year.

Cherished husband of Robbie for 72 years and adored by his children Gary, (living in Noosa, Qld, Australia) Di (Taupo) and Lin (Ohope) & father-in-law of Joan, Peter & Peter. Much loved Poppa to his six grandchildren... all now living in Australia, Melanie, Benson, Beth, Bryan, Jo & Michael, & eight great-grandchildren, Eva, Finlay, Meyer, Ruby, Ben, Josh, Xavier & Edward.

Following Stan‘s wishes, a private family cremation has already been held.
A celebration of Stan's wonderfully life 'well lived' will be celebrated when the borders open again and we can all gather in Taupo for a big party... Stan's favourite whisky will be on tap. The family will advise at a later date when this will take place.
