After a few years of compromised health and a recent hospital diagnosis of end-stage Parkinson's, Brian (Dad) made the decision not to continue with life-prolonging medications. He spent his last days receiving care at CHT Peacehaven in Auckland and passed away on Sunday, 24 January 2021.

At this moment, words are hard to find, but our feelings are deep. His children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends will remember Brian for his detailed, clever, creative, determined and pragmatic nature, his dry sense of humour and hospitality.

Brian's wish was for St. Peter to greet him at the gates with a Harley to adventure on. We hope he's out there now, gunning it along a blue sky highway.
