Owen passed away surrounded by family on the 7th October 2020 at the Maniototo Hospital at age 69.

Dearly loved husband and rock of Raylene, loved Dad and father-in-law of Lynda and Edward Cetean (USA), Sara and Clayton Riley (Rotorua), Karen and Troy Pope (Lake Hawea) and adored Grandad Whiskers of Tyler, Mehala, Paige, Josh, Billy and Lochie. Loved Eldest child of Ray and Shirley Rawcliffe, brother of Patricia (dec), Raewyn (dec) and Deborah, loved by his aunts, uncles and cousins of both Rawcliffe and Adam families.

A dearly loved and respected character who touched the hearts of so many. Owen was always one that would lend a hand at a moments notice and had a deep love for the Maniototo.

A memorial service to celebrate Owen’s life will be held at the Naseby Town Hall on Saturday 17th October 2020 at 2.30pm.
