VIATOS, Dimitri (Jim) – Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away peacefully at Te Hopai Home & Hospital on Wednesday 16 January 2019.

Devoted husband and soulmate of Mercina; dearly loved and adored father & father-in-law of Denny & Dimitra, and Maria; fun loving Papou of Dimitri, Theo, Mercina and Poppy; much loved brother of Stan (and family) and Dina.

Special thanks to the team at Te Hopai Owen 1 for the exceptional care they showed Dimitri and our family - words cannot express our gratitude.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral or Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated.

A service for Dimitri will be held at Greek Orthodox Cathedral, “O Evangelismos tis Theotokou” (Annunciation of the Birth giver of God), 3 Hania Street, Mt Victoria on Saturday 19 January at 11am, thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.

The family will accept condolences at the Funeral Service and reception.
