CHIU YING WEI (Phillip) passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital surrounded by family on Monday 29th October 2018, aged 68 years.

Dearly loved husband of Sun Ho (Ida) Chiu.

Loved father of Alice Chiu, Vicky Chiu and Peter Chiu.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A funeral service for Phillip will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Sunday 4th November at 11am. Thereafter private cremation.
