Robert A. Zoglio was born on September 4th, 1952 in Providence, Rhode Island and recently passed away on September 18th, 2018 at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Florida after a short illness.

Son of Elizabeth (DiBello) and Guirino Zoglio, Robert was a beloved math teacher both at Cranston and Exeter West Greenwich High School until retiring in June 2007. He was known for his love of life, his kind and caring spirit, his high energy and overall talent to make people laugh.

Robert leaves behind stepsons Adam and Tomas Berry, daughter Chloe Zoglio, and his ex-wife Elizabeth Lind as well as a plethora of loving friends both where he lived in Rhode Island, including Newport, East Greenwich and South Kingstown as well as his newer-found home in Florida.

Friends and family are planning a celebration of his life both in Florida and Rhode Island. The Rhode Island memorial, for close friends and family, is October 20th, at Pancho O'Malleys in Narragansett from four to eight pm.

His larger-than-life personality leaves a huge cavity in the hearts and minds of those he was close to. He will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lab Association in Robert’s name would be appreciated.
