Special Great Granny of Sophie and Colm, Brandon, Regan and Erin, Blake and Britt.

Heartfelt thanks to the hospital staff at Malvina Major and Dr. Dunphy who have cared for Lily for so long.

A celebration of Lily's life has been held by her family.
