Kevin Noel Whittaker, my Dad, passed away after a courageous and short battle with Leukemia. He never stopped fighting - he just wanted to be able to taste what he was eating and not be in pain.

He went far too early, there were still things I wanted to do with my Dad and I also wanted my children to do with him, hunting, fishing etc and just his knowledge about fishing, gardening etc I will miss that.

Dad just wanted to feel normal, wanted to have the energy he had before he got sick, but he knew he was sick, probably sicker than we all thought. I miss ringing him and talking to him.
