Our dearest husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at Horowhenua Health Centre, Levin on 20 December 2016 aged 76 years.

Dearly loved husband of Denise, and his five children Jacqui, Vicki, Tony, Barry and Steven.
Loved brother of Paul, Nicky and the late John.
Loved father and father in law to Mitch, Wayne and Rana.
Adored by his grandchildren Aimee, Brooke, Hunter, Leighton, Michael, Mitchell, Kennedy, Alex, Claudia, Denon,Taylor and Joe and great grandchildren,
Jayme, Declan, Alexi, Vienna, Kylah and Charlotte, Jaxon and Aleigh.

We will keep you in our hearts and treasure our memories of you for ever.
No more pain dad, and you are now in peace.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Arthritis Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
A service for Dick will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 14 Rangatira Street, Otaki on Friday 23 December 2016 at 1pm followed by burial at Otaki Lawn Cemetery.
