Neilson, Gilda Rose (Gil) nee Sleeman: Passed away peacefully on 13 October 2016 surrounded by family. Aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Doug. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter and Maggie, Liz and Scott McJorrow, David, and the late Janet. Loved grandmother of Chris, Andrew, and Hannah; Mike, and Rory.

Many thanks to the staff of Churtonleigh and Mary Potter Hospice for their loving care over the last few months.

In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate Gil's life will be held at St Michael's Church, 198 Newlands Road, Newlands, on Wednesday 19 October 2016 at 10.30am and will be followed by private cremation.
