Passed away peacefully at Ranfurly Residential Care centre, Feilding on Friday 4th March 2016, aged 73 years, surrounded by the people who loved and cared for him right until the end. A much loved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Special Uncle to Liv.

Many thanks to Arohanui Hospice especiasly Dr Keall and to Ranfurly especially Ange who always stood by Cook.
