OVERBYE, Jon Douglas.-

Died February 26 2014, aged 84. After a short illness, lovingly cared for at Gisborne Hospital. Husband of Maire (nee Muir, nee Ashton). Loved father and father-in-law with Stella (nee Williams) of Carl and Dorraine (Perth), Alison and Bill (Ireland), Hugh and Jane, Ralph and Kylie (Wellington). Stepfather of Tori, and Lauren. Poppa of Richard, Andrew, Claire, Rachael, James, Sinead, Hannah, Sarah, Daniel, Joshua, Levi, Joel, Ezra, and Micah. Step-grandfather of Evie, Daisy, and Tilly.

Jon’s funeral service will be held in Evans Chapel, Ormond Road at 2pm on Saturday 1st March followed by private cremation.

No flowers by request.
