RIWAKA - James Pomare (Jamie) - On 9th January 2014 after a short illness, Pomare passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital surrounded by his loving whanau. Aged 70 years.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of the late Teawhina. Loved father of Rangimarie, Manuhiri, Hinerangi EveJane. Pomare (koko) will be greatly missed by all his mokopuna, sister Alice, brother Murray, sister Mereana, sister and brother inlaws, nephews, nieces and whanau whanui.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 14th January 11am at Te Tatau o Te Po Marae, Hutt Road, Lower Hutt followed by interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery, State Hwy 1 at 1pm.
