On 29 July 2013, peacefully at Te Hopai Home.

Loving wife of Robert (Bob); adored mother and mother-in-law of Wendy & Paul, Ricky & Lesley, Leonie & Frank. Beloved grandmother and great-grandmother of James, Taryn, Rebecca, Corey, Jade and Abbie.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Te Hopai Trust, Hospital Road, Newtown, Wellington would be appreciated or may be left at the service.

A service for Val will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie on Thursday 1 August at 2.00pm, thereafter private cremation.
