Unexpectedly on July 10th, after a courageous fight with mesothelioma.

Beloved husband of Maureen, loving and proud father of Aine and Sean. Son of the late Jack and Mary Folan, (Inverin, Co. Galway), dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of Padraic, Mary, Fiona and Ceiran (Ballina), Seamus (Inverin), the late Martin, Doreen, Fergal and John (Dublin) and Matt and Maryanne (Inverin). Loved member of the Walsh family. Son-in-law of May and John, brother-in-law and uncle of Kate, Vinny, Conor, Liam and Niamh Brady, Deirdre, Paul, Rosaria and Siobhan Murray, and Theresa Walsh.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society or the Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony's Church, Ludlam Street, Seatoun on Wednesday 17th July at 11am. The Rosary will be at home on Tuesday 16th July at 7.30pm.
