Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital on June 3rd 2013.

Beloved wife and soul-mate of Michael; Cherished Mother and mother-in-law of Tina and Craig, and Barbara. Loving Omi to Hugo, and Archie.

"She will be sadly missed".

Special thanks to the staff at Ward 5 Wellington Hospital for their wonderful care and Compassion.

A Funeral service for Uta will be held at St George's Anglican Church, Ferry Street, Seatoun on Tuesday June 11th 2013 at 11:00am followed by a private cremation.
