Of Levin. Passed away 29th November 2012. Aged 82 years.

Much loved husband of Beth.

Loved father and father-in-law of Warren (Perth), Mark (Perth), Jan & Pat (Waikanae), Grant (Levin), Averil & Ian (Townsville), Scott & Sandie (Levin), and Rachel & Chris (Levin).

Much loved grandad of Todd, Tim & Rebekah; Adrian; Jessica & Jordan; Coltyn & Jaxon, and loved great grandad of Callum & Chloe (Ireland).

Special thanks to the staff at Ward 29, Palmerston North, for their dedicated care of Phil and their kindness to the family.

A service will be held at The Salvation Army Worship and Community Centre, Durham Street, Levin, on Wednesday 5th December 2012 at 1.00pm. Thereafter private cremation at The Avenue Crematorium, Levin.
