Died suddenly but peacefully at Amaryllis House on Wednesday April 11th, 2012.

Deeply loved husband, best friend and soulmate of Anne. Treasured father, father-in-law and friend of Michelle and Callan, Justine and Lindsay, Kylie and Rowan. Much loved brother, brother-in-law and Uncle.

Our thanks to all the loving caring staff at Amaryllis House who have looked after Mark for the last 5 years.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Huntington's Disease Association may be left at the service or can be posted to PO Box 30-420 Lower Hutt.

Messages to "the Baker family" may be placed in Mark's tribute book below.

A celebration of Mark's life will be held at Orongomai Marae, Railway Avenue, Upper Hutt on Tuesday April 17th 2012 at 2:00pm followed by a private cremation.
