FISK Colin J.P.
On Sunday November 13, 2011 at Princess Margaret Hospital, aged 76 years.

Dearly loved husband of Barbara, loved father and father-in-law of Karen and Kevin Morton, Christine, the late Jasmine, Dean and Donna Fisk. A very much loved grandad of Lewis, Samuel, Sarah, Megen, Nicholas, Rachael, Luke, Sara, Sean, Georgia, and Cody, and great grandad of Bonnie, Thalia, Freyah, and Toriah.

A special thank you to the staff at Camelia Court and Dr Peter Sim and staff at ward K1, PMH for the special care given to Colin.

In lieu of flowers donations to The Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind would be appreciated and may be made at the service.

A celebration of Colin's life will be held in the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, 507 Johns Road on Friday 18th November at 2.30 pm
