On the 2nd November 2011, suddenly at Christchurch. Aged 67 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Felicity Jarvis, father of Dairn and John, grandad of Ella, Lexie, Sam, Luciana and Jamie.

A service for Phillip will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Rd, Newtown, Wellington on Wednesday, 9th November at 2.00pm followed by a private cremation.
