Sampson, Phyllis Mary
Died peacefully on 12th May 2011 at Te Hopai Home and Hospital, Wellington aged 89 years.

Dearly loved mother of Lisa, Carol, Wendy and Michael. Special mother-in-law to Mick, Chris and Guy, Cherished grandma of Laetitia, Rebecca, Corinne, Louise, Matthew, Ben, Greg, Abi, Rachel and Naomi and a loved great-grandma.

She will be much missed by her extended family and friends in NZ and the UK.

Special thanks to all the carers at Te Hopai - especially Dee, John and Joyce - who showed such love and care for mum through her last years.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Wellington would be appreciated and can be sent to P O Box 39393, Wellington.

A service to celebrate Phyllis's life will be held in the Harbour City Crematorium Chapel, 56 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie on Thursday 19th May, 2011 at 2.30pm followed by private cremation.
