May 2011 after a long illness.

A service to celebrate Brad's life will be held at the Whenua Tapu Crematorium Chapel, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay on Friday May 13, 2011 at 1:30pm thereafter interment at the Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
