Peacefully at home on Friday 8 April 2011. Aged 78 years.

Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Steve and Jane, Jill and Craig, Wayne, Viv and Rob, Martin and Natalie. A loved grandmother of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

"Rest in peace Mum. We love you."

In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance, PO Box 601, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass.

Fay's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Joseph, Brougham Street, Mt Victoria on Thursday 14 April 2011 at 1.30pm, thereafter private cremation.
