On 3rd April, 2011 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice, following a short illness. With family at his side.

Born February 18th 1930, Rotterdam, Holland.

Dearly loved husband of Dorreen; much loved father of Glenn and John and cherished father in law of Andrea, Amanda and Lorraine Ball. Beloved Grandad of Brin, Anna, James, Jack and Amy.

We extend special thanks to the amazing hospice staff.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Mary Potter Hospice PO Box 7442, Wellington South 6242 would be appreciated and may be left in the Chapel foyer.

A funeral service to celebrate Jack's life will be held at the Chapel of The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Friday, 8th April at 10.30am followed by a private burial.
