Tai-Rakena, Tamehana - passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital on November 3 2005.
Darling soulmate of Marie. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Texas and Tracy and Mariu and Kerry. Cherished grandfather of Puturangi and Duane. Much respected "Koro" of Te Manu, Toko, Huiarangi, Mervin, Toinette and Mere.
Moe mai e taku tau makau rangatira moe mai i roto i te ahuru mowai i takotongia ai te tini, te mano. Hoki atu ra ki te kainga tuturu a te tangata. Moe mai, moe mai, haere hoki atu. E kore koe e warewaretia.
