- Suddenly at Interschool athletics on Wednesday 9th March 2011, aged 49.

Cherished soul mate and best friend of Lesley Forrest. Loved brother, uncle, nephew and cousin to all the Winiata whanau. Loved member of the Forrest family.

A celebration for Tok will be held at the Softball diamond at South Park 57-69 High Street, Masterton on Monday 14th March at 3.30pm followed by private cremation. Tok says wear something comfortable.

Tok will be on home base by 2.15pm. Car parking will be available at MIS School, Intermediate Street or from Makoura College; with Tranzit courtesy buses running between 2pm and 3pm returning to Makoura College following the service.
