Peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on February 4th 2011.
Aged 77 years.

Dearly loved and cherished husband of Patricia, very much loved father and father-in-law of Kate and Pete, Andrew and Marlene; adored Papa of Louis, and Ella.

"A life lived to the full, and now free after our recent difficult journey together. Rest in peace you Treasured Man."

A service to celebrate and remember Adriaan's life will be held in the All Saints Anglican Church Sumner, 48 Wakefield Ave, Sumner on Tuesday 8th February at 1.00 pm.
