Peacefully at Arohanui Hospice on 16 December 2009 aged 80 years.

Loved husband of Helen.

Much loved Pete to Craig and Jolanda and much loved Poppa Pete to Tomasz, Krystyna and Aleksandra Tamblyn.

Thanks to the many friends and extended family, Hospital/Hospice Staff for their care and support given.

A celebration of Peter’s life will be held at St Mary’s Anglican Church, Cambridge Street, Levin on Monday 21st December at 11.00am thereafter private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
