VERCOE, Hawea Ralph Drummond
Tragically in Whakatane on Sunday 22nd November 2009.

Loved and devoted father of Moerangi, Mahinaarangi, Tama, and Manawa. Husband of Karri-Ann and stepfather to Te Amorangi. Loved younger son of Rosalind and Waaka, and brother of Denise, Tama (deceased), Moerangi and Mauhikitia (Hiki) and very dear friend of Nicola.

Hawea will be at Te Kura Kaupapa o Te Rotoiti on Tuesday 24th November (am) and thereafter to Tuteao Marae, Te Teko where he will lie until his funeral at 11am on Thursday 26th November followed by interment at Puketapu Urupa.
No flowers by request, please.

“He mokopuna na Te Arawa raua tahi ko Mataatua. Moe marie mai e te potiki, e moe, e moe, moe mai ra.” Will be sadly missed by his whanau, hapu me te iwi whanui tonu.
