Peacefully on 19th November 2009 aged 96 years.

Loved Nana of Susan, Karen & Andy, Robyn & Kevin, Traci & Dave, Steve & Ronnie, Andy & James.

Loved 2-Nana of Jason, Matt, Jenna, Poppy, Millie, Will, Molly, Rosie, Tilly, Maggie, Davis and Lydie.

Loved sister of Hilda Sexton (Hamilton) and sister-in-law of Irene Wilson (Patea).

Many warm thanks to the Staff at Star 4, Horowhenua Health Centre and at Reevedon Elderly Care Levin, for their wonderful attention given to Mum.

A celebration of Hazel’s life will be held at the Salvation Army Community Centre, Durham Street, Levin on Monday 23rd November at 11.00am followed by a private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John’s Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
