HOOPER Stewart James (Stew) of Levin
On 7th October 2008 peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends, following a short illness aged 59 years.

Dearly loved partner and soulmate to Bonnie.
Loving father to Nathan, Letitia and Matt.
Loving only son to the late Jim and May.
Supportive and lifelong mate to John Rose, and Joe Taplin.
Special thanks to the District Nurses, the Skye Street family, and all the many supportive firends that have cared for Stew.

A celebration of Stew's life will be held at the Salvation Army Community Centre, Durham Street, Levin on Friday 10th October at 2.00 pm thereafter burial at The Avenue Lawn Cemetery, Levin.
