Of Levin. On 30th June 2008. Peacefully at Arohanui Hospice after a courageous battle. Aged 59 years.

Dearly loved husband of Tabby (Rosie). Much loved father and father-in-law of Katherine and Nick Bennik, and Mark and Karyn. Very special grandpa of Henry and Georgia, and Joshua and Bria.

A very big thank you to staff at Arohanui Hospice and Dr Graham Irving.

Service at Saint Mary's Anglican Church, Cambridge Street, Levin, on Thursday 3rd July 2008 at 2.00pm. Thereafter private cremation at The Avenue Crematorim, Levin.
