peacefully at Marire Rest Home, Stratford, in her 80th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Jan (John). Much loved and respected mother and Mother-in-law of Riny & Joe, John & June, Hubert & Tu, Linda, and Michael & Leslie. Loved and cherished Oma of Dion, Alanna, and Logan; Nina, and Shaun & Hayley; Ricky, Heydon & Sara, and Joshua; Ethan, Mayson, and Regan, and great Oma of Kalib and Sophie. Loved godmother of Teresa.

In preference to flowers a donation may be made to Parkinson’s New Zealand and left at the service.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Requiem Mass for Mien to be held at the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, Miranda Street Stratford, on Thursday 28th February 2008 commencing at 11.00am, after which Mien will be laid to rest with Jan at Kopuatama Cemetery. Rosary will be prayed in the church at 7.00pm on Wednesday evening. RIP.
