Dearly loved wife of Charlie; Mother of Michael, John, Peter (dec), Vicki and Stephen.

A service to celebrate Pat’s life will be held at St. Adian’s Church, 89 Miramar Avenue, Miramar on Wednesday 21 May at 11.30am, thereafter private cremation.
