In preference to flowers a donation may be made to Hospice Taranaki and left at the celebration. All hairdressers requested to bring pouches and scissors to form a guard of honour, and Jazz says that this is a celebration so please wear bright colours.

The celebration of Jazz’s life is to be held at City West Church, 62c Poplar Grove New Plymouth, on Saturday 3 November 2007 at 11.00am, to be followed by her committal at Awanui Cemetery at 1.30pm.
