CHANDLER-MILLS, Jacqueline Marie: on 28 September 2023, peacefully at Fergusson Rest Home, aged 73 years.

Dearly loved wife and best friend of Dean, loving Mum of Tony (dec) & Tracy, Donna, Tracey & Rhys, Michelle, Kerri and Jamie, and adored Nana of Quentin, Bayley, Amber, Kyle, Devin, Mitchell, Olivia, Benjamin, Emma, Mikaylah, Akynn, Maddison and Laura.

A celebration of Jacqui’s life will be held in The Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, cnr Ward Street and Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt on Wednesday, 4 October 2023 at 2.00pm followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Dementia Wellington, www.dementiawellington.org.nz would be appreciated.
