McLACHLAN, Patricia (Trish) Gwyneth (nee O'Reilly)

On 10 October 2022 we farewelled one of life's true gems, dearly loved wife of Lynton, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Adie, Dean and Valerie, Tod and Flo, Vanessa and John O'Rourke. Treasured Nana of Jemma, Jack, Hunter, Charlotte, Riley, Xander and Sawyer.

Loved daughter of Lucy and Joseph O'Reilly, cherished sister of Margaret, Bernadette, Terry, Denise, Colleen, Marie, Lucy, Jo and Christine, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews.

Loved daughter-in-law of Wallace and Hope McLachlan and sister-in-law of Euan, Colin, Mynette, Murray, Eric, Lindon, Russell, Margaret, Athlyn and Beverley, their spouses and families.

Very special thanks to the staff of the wonderful Cashmere View Care Home.

A Requiem Mass for Trish will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church, 90 Greers Road, Burnside, Christchurch on Friday 14 October 2022 at 1pm, followed by internment at Sydenham Cemetery, 1 Simeon Street.
