Swindlehurst Carolyn Patricia - peacefully at Te Rangimarie Hospice after a courageous battle, surrounded by family and friends on Thursday 5 April 2007.

Dearly loved wife and organiser of Bob, loving mother and mother in law of Sonia and Michael Fale, Andrea and Marcus Reid, loving and caring Nana of Brayden; Tyler, and Georgia.

Loved only daughter of Margaret (Peg) and the late Nelson Jones, and daughter in law of May and Jim Swindlehurst.

In preference to flowers donations may be made and left at the service for Te Rangimarie Hospice.

Friends are invited to attend a service for Carolyn at the War Memorial Hall, Miranda Street, Stratford on Tuesday 10 April 2007 at 11:00am, a private cremation will be held.
