FOGARTY, John Lawrence (Johno) of Otaki (formerly of Wellington) on 5 April 2007, at his home surrounded by his family.

Dearly loved husband of the late Tua and father of John (Jnr) and Joyce.
Also much loved Poppa of Zoe, Aroha, Brian, Logan and Rhiannon.
Will be sadly missed by all his extended family.

A farewell and celebration of Johno's life will be held at Harvey's Chapel, Rangatira Street, Otaki on Tuesday 10 April at 11am, thereafter private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.
