Nelson, Eugene (Hugh) - Peacefully at Mt Victoria Rest Home, Wellington on 29th October 2017, aged 94 years.

Loved husband of Joyce. Beloved father and father-in-law of Bruce and Janet, Mark, Peter and Dyane, Louise and Claire, Paul and Carolyn, and Michelle and Craig. Loved grandfather of James, Emily and Taylor, Josephine and Georgia, Michael and Carl, and Emma and Riley. Loved great grandfather of Gus, Layla, and Rowen. Beloved cousin to Robert, Andre and Tim de Lautour, and their families. Loved brother-in-law of Trevor and Denise, and the late Jim and Peggy. Much loved and appreciated for many years by Beth, Kathy, Wendy, and more recently by Renee, Morgan, Ryan, Matt, and Ashley. Much loved uncle and great uncle to many.

A service to celebrate Hugh's life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Rd, Wellington, at 11am on Friday 3 November 2017 and thereafter followed by private burial.
