CLARKE, David John (Dave) of Levin

Peacefully at his home on 14 January 2016 surrounded by his family, aged 75 years.
Dearly loved soulmate of Rhondda.

Much loved Dad, Poppy and Pop-Pop.
Loving brother and uncle to all his brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews, will be sadly missed by all.

Many thanks to Marice, Arohanui Hospice and the District Nurses for their wonderful care of Dave.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at The Salvation Army Worship and Community Centre, Durham Street,
Levin on Monday 18 January at 1.30pm followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
