RINGIAO, Pare - It is with great sadness that the family are announcing the passing of our beautiful mum and Vouvou - Mama Pare. Mum passed away peacefully on Thursday, 18 June aged 84.

She was the loving daughter of Merry Stringer and Tetava Ariki; Sister to 14 brothers and sisters; Loving mum to Rongo, Charlie, Mata and Richard, Willie and Avalon, Mary and Allan, Robert and the best and funniest Vouvou to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her life will be celebrated at a family service at 6 pm Wednesday, 24 June at the Pacific Island Presbyterian Church, cnr Constable and Daniell Streets, Newtown.

Her final farewell will be held at 11 am Thursday, 25 June at the above address.
