On 17 June 2015 (peacefully) at Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington aged 47 years.

Daughter of Jim Crook and Eunice Crook (deceased), sister to Brian, Sharon, Carolyn and Dianne. Loved auntie of Daniel, Russell and Rebecca.

Angela and her family much appreciated the support of Sweet Louise whose focus on living well and with purpose was an inspiration to her.

Angela and her family would also like to thank the amazing nurses on the Cancer Day Ward and Ward 5 of Wellington Hospital.

The care of the staff at Mary Potter Hospice will be remembered by Angela's family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations to Sweet Louise c/- Louise Perkins Foundation, PO Box 137-343, Parnell, Auckland 1151 would be appreciated or can be left at Angela's service.

A service for Angela will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Saturday 27 June at 10am. Followed by private cremation.

This will be a time to celebrate Angela's life, and to meet with family and friends who were so important to her.
