It is with great sadness that Wayne’s family announce his passing on March 24, 2023 in Temuka, New Zealand at the age of 74 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Vanessa Parata, and Rachel Martin, grandchildren in London Max and Ava Umpleby, son-in-law Steve Umpleby and all his grandchildren and great grandchildren in New Zealand, brother Dale Wilkinson, sister in law Julie McNamara, sister Helen Gibbs and brother-in-law David Gibbs, nieces, Megan Gibbs and Shannon Wilkinson. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family in Perth and New Zealand.

A service to celebrate Wayne’s life will be held in Hui Te Rangiora Church, Apes Rd, Karitane, at 1pm, on Thursday, April 6, followed by interment in the Hui Te Rangiora Urupa.
