CLEARWATER, Scott Barclay,
On May 7, 2022, at home surrounded by family, after a defiant battle with cancer; aged 43 years.

Deeply loved husband of Joy, adored father to Jenna, Lachie, and Bayden. Loved and cherished son of Ron^ and Wendy Clearwater, loved son-in-law of Cliff and Ruth Porteous, loved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle of Kim Clearwater and Riley; Garrett Clearwater and Seth, and Logan; Brent and Olivia Clearwater, and Ashton; Bryan Ollerenshaw^, Christine Ollerenshaw and Kirk Ashton, Olivia, Josh, and Megan; Sonya Porteous and Ben Douglas, Jesseme and Tobias, Tom^, Georgia^ and Toby; Tim and Alison (Wal) Joyce, Max, Shelby, and Lani. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Raj Kumar, Dr David Anderson, St George’s Cancer Care (Christchurch), Mercy Cancer Care, Bowen Cancer Clinic (Wellington), Dunedin Hospital Oncology, East Otago Medical Centre, District Nursing Service, Otago Community Hospice, and many other kind people for their dedicated care for Scott and his family.

A service for Scott will be held in the East Otago Events Centre, Main Road, Waikouaiti at 2.00pm on Friday May 13, followed by private cremation.
