ROBERTS, Leo Leask

Peacefully passed away, surrounded by love, on October 29, 2020 after a courageous battle with Mitochondrial Disease; aged 2 years.

Loved and adored son of Jess and Brent, cherished brother of Heidi, dearly loved grandson of Sam and Irene Leask (Ophir) and Lorraine and David Roberts, much loved by all his aunties, uncles and cousins. Special thanks to Leo’s “other family”, the amazing team at Dunedin Childrens Ward and Vera Hayward Centre for all their loving care.

In lieu of flowers donations to assist other families like ours would be really appreciated and may be made to “Dunedin Mito Warrior Leo” on Givealittle.

A service for Leo will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 2:00pm on Wednesday, November 4, followed by private cremation.
